Erin Shusko, Vice President

Erin has been with HB&M Sports since 2004. She holds multiple account responsibilities including, marketing strategy, program development and representation, and managing team and sponsor relationships. Erin, a Charlotte native, is a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.

Tara Hughes, Director

Tara joined the HB&M Sports team in 2011 with a sports marketing background in NASCAR and the NFL. Her account responsibilities include client strategy development and execution through sports, lifestyle and entertainment platforms. Tara resides in Charlotte, North Carolina and is a graduate of Furman University.

Jenny Thurstin, Director

A graduate of Villanova University with a B.A. in Marketing, Jenny brings intelligence and diligence to every project, big or small.

Kristine Hunsinger, Accountant

Every successful organization needs an expert in accounting. We have that in Kristine, a Rutgers graduate who has been with the company since 2003. Kristine makes sure all accounting aspects of our business happen in a timely and accurate manner, a benefit to all our clients.

George Harris, President: Strategic Consultation

As president of HB&M Sports, George brings not only a strong business perspective to the table, but a hands-on, can-do attitude that translates into tangible results. George’s high energy and enthusiasm is behind the success of both HB&M Sports and its parent company, HB&M, a Philadelphia-based communications agency of which he is also president. A passionate race fan, George is well known and respected by team and track owners, drivers, crews, and corporate sponsors.

Kim Burton, Executive Vice President

A North Carolina State graduate and founding partner of HB&M Sports, Kim brings over 25 years of motorsports involvement and an insider's knowledge to the company. As executive vice president, Kim is able to use her many personal connections throughout the industry to make things happen for our clients.

Ron Kalina, Creative Director

A veteran art director and strategic thinker, Ron brings 20+ years of experience to his role as creative director of HB&M Sports. Ron's design skills have won accolades from clients, race teams and corporate sponsors. His work has included everything from racecar and driver uniform designs, to interactive and POS displays, national advertising and multi-media promotional campaigns.
