“The Penske Way” rings true not only in racing, but also in Roger Penske’s transportation company, Penske Truck Leasing. HB&M Sports is proud to help bring “the Penske Way” to life at the race track with top customers across the country.
Penske Truck Leasing, founded by Team Penske owner, Roger Penske, is an associate sponsor of all Penske race teams in both the IndyCar and NASCAR series. To best utilize all assets of their partnership, Penske Truck Leasing strategically selects race markets across the country in both series to entertain top customers at the highest level.
Customers are invited to a weekend of festivities surrounding a popular race weekend, with the Indy 500 being a reoccurring signature event. These events include transportation, luxury hotel accommodations, group meals, VIP race hospitality and post-race celebrations. HB&M Sports strives to ensure all logistics and event details are planned and executed flawlessly, giving each customer a memorable experience and each Penske employee valuable quality time with their customers. The unique quality time provided by these experiences strengthens existing relationships and solidifies new ones, making a lasting impact on Penske Truck Leasing’s bottom line.
The racing experience includes VIP treatment from start to finish. Often starting with a police escort, guests arrive to the track efficiently and in-style. Trackside hospitality is fully branded and offers a prime viewing area for guests to watch the race. The partnership is further utilized through hospitality visits from various Team Penske drivers. Drivers spend time answering customer questions, providing an inside look at the day’s race conditions, and taking pictures. Throughout the day guests are treated to various VIP amenities such as: guided tours, access to pit road and garage areas, and customized high-end food & beverage menus.
At the end of every Penske Truck Leasing hospitality event guests can expect to leave with new memories, new friends and an even greater confidence in their choice to do business with the Penske brand.
