Amy Sue is a dedicated hospitality specialist with over 18 years of event management experience. She is a detail-oriented professional with strengths in event creation, planning, and execution. She excels at logistics and operations, and her attention to detail means that events and meetings go smoothly from concept to completion. Amy Sue, a Charlotte native, is a graduate of Elon University.
Kirsten Arnoult, Senior Account Manager
Kirsten strives to create an upbeat and personable experience for all clients from the start of the planning process to event execution. Since post-graduation from The University of South Carolina’s HRSM program, Kirsten has gained a well-versed background in multiple different areas of hospitality – including events with NASCAR, the PGA TOUR, NFL, and multiple Fortune 500 companies.
KC Heschel, Account Manager
KC comes to HB&M Sports with almost 10 years of experience in the world of Motorsports. Throughout the nearly 10 years, he has experience in Partnership Marketing, Public Relations and Client Management while working with some of the most well-known NASCAR teams.
Caroline Franck, Account Manager
A graduate of the University of Tennessee, Caroline graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Therapeutic Recreation. After working in her field of study, Caroline decided to make a shift and pursue a career in sports marketing to combine her passions of sports and events. Caroline’s attention to detail and dynamic personality contributes to the success of multiple client projects here at HB&M Sports. She currently resides in Charlotte, her hometown.
Kaylee Hiner, Account Coordinator
Kaylee is originally from Bridgewater, VA and is a graduate of the College of William & Mary. She has a passion for motorsports and a well-versed background in social media strategy.
George Harris, President: Strategic Consultation
As president of HB&M Sports, George brings not only a strong business perspective to the table, but a hands-on, can-do attitude that translates into tangible results. George’s high energy and enthusiasm is behind the success of both HB&M Sports and its parent company, HB&M, a Philadelphia-based communications agency of which he is also president. A passionate race fan, George is well known and respected by team and track owners, drivers, crews, and corporate sponsors.

A North Carolina State graduate and founding partner of HB&M Sports, Kim brings over 25 years of motorsports involvement and an insider's knowledge to the company. As executive vice president, Kim is able to use her many personal connections throughout the industry to make things happen for our clients.
Shawn Salvatore, Senior Vice President
Shawn has been a part of the HB&M Sports team since its inception. From working events at racetracks across the country, to planning promotions and special events for clients across a multitude of industries, Shawn has experience in practically every aspect of sponsorship activation. In his current role, he works with the full team to assist in the planning of all events and programs.
Jenny Thurstin, Senior Vice President

A graduate of Villanova University with a B.A. in Marketing, Jenny brings intelligence and diligence to every project, big or small.

Dave Lippincott is an award-winning Creative Director and agency rock star with 25-plus years of professional experience in interactive, digital, broadcast, print and illustrative design. He brings his creative vision to a diverse portfolio of successful consumer, B2B and healthcare campaigns. His talents touch a wide range of industries that include automotive, sports, banking, fashion, real estate, building products and pharmaceutical brands. What gets Dave going every day is helping clients tell their story in ways that surprise, engage and create compelling connections.
