Kimberly-Clark Professional:
Customer Reward Trips

For the past three years, HB&M Sports has armed Kimberly-Clark Professional (KCP) with turnkey reward trips to incentivize their top customers to increase KCP product sales.

 
 

As one example, customers were able to win a Napa Valley wine tour. In conjunction with the NASCAR race at Sonoma Raceway, KCP ran a promotion with their Lagasse customer to win a full day wine tour in Napa Valley and a VIP race experience. The tour included three stops in unique wineries throughout Napa. The first stop was Kuleto Vinyard, where the group of 20 enjoyed a tasting along with a unique lunch experience prepared by Gianni Versace's personal chef. Wood-fired pizzas were prepared in front of the group on an outside patio overlooking the valley.

The tour also included stops at Regusci Winery and the Robinson Family Vineyard. Unique wine-related experiences were provided at both vinyards. Guests were invited to taste wine directly from the barrel and view fine vintage wine collections.

As another reward trip example, HB&M Sports planned and executed a deep-sea fishing trip for one of KCP's top customers, Bunzl. A group of 20 customers was rewarded with a trip to TPC Sawgrass for four days and three nights. The trip included two rounds of golf at TPC Sawgrass and one all-day deep-sea fishing trip.

The group was hosted on a privately chartered fishing boat for a 6-hour deep-sea fishing adventure. All of the fish caught during the trip were taken to a local restaurant and prepared by the chef for a group dinner. The group successfully caught more than enough fish for dinner and enjoyed the unique experience.
